McQuaid Invitational Success!!!

The 46th Annual McQuaid Invitational featured a record tying 245 teams.  Over 5,721 athletes competed at the meet coming from as far as Canada and Texas.  It is the 4th largest cross country meet in the country.  The meet was highlighted by record breaking performances.  North Salem's race featured 6 of the top 11 teams within the state.  Please enjoy the video and pictures from the meet.

Warwick Wave Mania

Warwick Wave Mania was an excellent opportunity for the team to do well.  It was a great day to run and the live DJ provided the motivation for our team to race.  For more information please see the results links below and view the pictures from the meet.

Big Winners at Big Red

At the first invitational of the Fall XC season the North Salem Tigers got their chance to put all of their hard work to the test.  The XC team has been working hard since early August and it showed on Saturday.
